Lebanon

My short trip to Lebanon was a fascinating blend of history, resilience, and a fusion of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean charm. Most of my time was spent exploring Beirut, a city that wears its scars and beauty side by side. The remnants of war are still visible in the bullet-riddled buildings and abandoned structures, yet the city pulses with energy, creativity, and hope. Wandering through its neighborhoods, I found a mix of old-world charm and modern vibrance - street art on crumbling walls, bustling cafes, and the hum of daily life.

A visit to Byblos was like stepping back in time. One of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world, it offered a stunning contrast to Beirut, with its picturesque harbour, ancient ruins, and cobblestone streets lined with charming shops and restaurants.
